Join The Fifteen Bridges

Bring your experience. Discover another perspective.

The Fifteen Bridges brings together a founding circle of women from different countries who are willing to share what they know, listen with curiosity and support one another across cultures.

The Founding Circle

15 women.
15 countries.
15 bridges.

A deliberately focused international circle built around participation, trust, learning and mutual support.

Who We're Looking For

Leadership matters. Character matters more.

The Fifteen Bridges is intended for women who want to learn from others while contributing their own experiences honestly and generously.

Members do not need identical careers, beliefs or backgrounds. The strength of the network comes from bringing different perspectives into one respectful circle.

Leadership Experience Demonstrated leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
Support for Other Women A genuine commitment to encouraging and helping other women grow.
Respect for Differences Respect for cultural, religious, political and social differences.
Active Participation Willingness to participate regularly and contribute openly to the group.
International Curiosity An authentic interest in international cooperation and learning across cultures.
Communication Ability to communicate in English directly or with translation assistance.
Different Paths to Leadership

There is no single profile of a Fifteen Bridges woman.

The network benefits from women whose professional and personal experiences come from very different fields. Diversity of experience strengthens the conversation.

What Membership Means

Come prepared to contribute, not simply observe.

The Fifteen Bridges is designed as an active network. The value of the group depends on every member being willing to share knowledge, listen carefully and support others.

01 / SHARE

Share What You Know

Bring experiences, successful practices, lessons learned and honest reflections from your own country and work.

02 / LISTEN

Learn With Curiosity

Listen without assuming that your own cultural experience or solution is universally applicable.

03 / SUPPORT

Help Others Grow

Offer encouragement, introductions, mentoring and practical support when you are able to help another member.

How Members Participate

A global network designed around real participation.

The founding network is designed to meet virtually so that women from different countries can participate without the cost and complexity of frequent international travel.

Meeting times may rotate when necessary so the inconvenience of different time zones is shared fairly among members.

Monthly Zoom Meeting One formal 90-minute virtual meeting each month.
Private WhatsApp Group Ongoing communication and connection between meetings.
Smaller Conversations Optional discussions among members with shared interests.
Rotating Leadership Members have opportunities to facilitate discussions and introduce perspectives from their countries.

Membership Interest

Could The Fifteen Bridges be the right network for you?

Membership should begin with alignment rather than simply an application. Before expressing interest, consider whether you are prepared to participate consistently, listen across differences and contribute your experience generously.

The founding network is intentionally limited so that members have the opportunity to build genuine trust and meaningful relationships.

Ask yourself:

01 Am I genuinely interested in learning from women whose experiences may be very different from mine?
02 Am I willing to share both successes and difficult lessons honestly?
03 Can I commit to participating regularly rather than simply joining another professional group?
04 Do I want to use my experience and connections to support other women?
05 Can I respect cultural, religious, political and social differences within the network?

Fifteen women can create fifteen bridges between cultures, communities and possibilities.
